The Northern Lights Hot Air Balloon Club would like to thank The City of Camrose, all sponsors, competitors and volunteers who participated in this year's championship. Without all of you this event would not have been the tremendous success it was!

Congratulations to Jason Adams (Kirkfield, ON) who, along with 2008 Canadian Champion, Dale Ritchie (Calgary, AB), will represent Canada at the 20th FAI World Hot Air Balloon Championship August 17-25, 2012.

Congratulations also go out to Del Michaud (Calgary, AB) who was declared the 2011 winner of the Western Canadian Championship held in tandem with the Canadian Championship in Camrose.
